By purchasing from Gina's Soap, you agree to these general terms for sales and website use.
Handmade Products
Our soaps are handmade. For that reason, color, shape, scent, size, and finish may vary slightly from piece to piece and from photos.
Prices And Availability
Prices and availability may change without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer an alternative, adjustment, or refund when appropriate.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is considered confirmed when Stripe approves the payment.
Shipping
The customer must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Gina's Soap may contact the customer if information needs to be confirmed before preparing or shipping an order.
Cancellations, Returns, And Damages
- Orders may be cancelled within the first 12 hours if they have not been processed yet.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened products.
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
Product Use
Gina's Soap products are for cosmetic or cleaning use according to each product description. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical conditions, consult a professional before using new products.
